Responsible for managing branch operations, supervising staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving performance targets.
Job Requirements:
+2 passed with 4 to 5 years of experience or Bachelor’s graduate with minimum 2 years of experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth functioning
Supervise D2D and FA teams and monitor their KPIs
Handle customer queries and ensure satisfaction
Prepare and submit regular reports
Ensure compliance with company policies
Maintain equipment (ONU, wires, etc.) and manage resources
