Requirements:
1.Proven experience in sales support or coordination
2.Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3.Ability to manage agent relationships and handle queries efficiently
4.Good knowledge of reporting tools (e.g., Excel/ERP systems)
5.Ability to work under targets and deadlines
Key Responsibilities:
1.Coordinate with sales agents and monitor their performance
2.Track daily sales, installations, and pending tasks
3.Assist in commission report tracking and reporting
4.Handle agent queries and provide timely support
5.Ensure accurate data management and reporting
6. Ability to travel all over Nepal and plan for Team motivation & Team Engagement programme
