Qualification/ Skills
•⁠ ⁠Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, or Business Administration
•⁠ ⁠Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in marketing, preferably in the ISP, telecom, or advertising agency sector
•⁠ ⁠Strong understanding of customer segmentation, campaign execution, and field-level marketing coordination
•⁠ ⁠Proficiency in digital marketing tools including social media platforms, SEO, Google Analytics, and SMS/email marketing
•⁠ ⁠Experience in local and regional marketing using tools like local newspapers, digital news portals, community outreach, and third-party promotions
•⁠ ⁠Ability to conduct branch visits during campaigns and periodic audits to ensure ground-level execution
•⁠ ⁠Strong communication skills in both Nepali and English, with the ability to create impactful promotional content
•⁠ ⁠Data-driven mindset with experience in KPI tracking, ROI analysis, and budget management
